At Malyon Theological College we believe in academic excellence and that theology can be studied successfully online. In fact, with some selected subjects Malyon’s online learning provides students with a choice of live or on-demand learning.
Weekly live lectures via zoom allow students to participate in a synchronous learning experience, which suits many students’ learning styles best. Students can ask questions and interact with lecturers and classmates.
Alternatively, with some units of study, students are able to enrol in an asynchronous learning experience known as on-demand online mode. On-demand is an excellent option for students who may have full-time employment or family commitments. Whilst there are no classes to participate in, learning is structured into weekly modules to help students keep on track.
So whether you live on the other side of Australia or more locally, online theological study at Malyon is accessible and flexible. Achieving your study goals whilst working, or caring for family, is something you can do!
