Did you know that at Malyon you can you can come and listen to lectures and access all the resources for that subject (including having access to the library), but are not required to complete any assessment?
This is called Auditing, and forms part of our commitment to helping to form faithful image bearers of Christ, who love God, listen to His Word, serve the church, engage their culture, and are committed to the mission of God in this world.
Auditing is ideal for you if you want to study to increase your knowledge of God and grow as a Christian but obtaining a qualification is not required. When you audit you get access to the unit content and readings without the requirement to complete the assessments. You can even attend the classes if you want to. The cost of auditing is about 20% of the usual unit enrolment fee.
For a nominal fee you can audit any of the units on offer in any given semester. Obviously, you will not earn a qualification but will grow in knowledge and develop your understanding and skills in a specific area. For example, you could audit a unit on Christian Worship, Youth in the Church or Children’s Ministry. You will also be a part of our college community and all the benefits that brings!
