Malyon College - Queensland Baptist College of Ministries
exists to train Christians of influence for the 21st century.

Malyon is committed to:

• Providing a strong biblical foundation for all study and intentionally fostering thorough theological reflection and application. Communicating and teaching God's truth effectively and passionately is a high priority.
• Promoting subject content and forms of course delivery that cultivate cultural relevance and flexibility of method in leadership ministry.
• Fostering authentic spirituality in students in every aspect of College life. Examples include the modelling of staff, corporate worship, field education mentoring, growth groups, spirituality subjects, and other activities.
• Making evangelism/mission a key factor in curriculum development and giving students experience in relating to unchurched people.
• Ensuring students learn healthy relationship skills, and gain familiarity with mentoring and working in teams. Whilst Malyon is a Baptist College, students from a wide range of denominational backgrounds are studying at Malyon and find themselves well catered for within the College program and ethos.
